The workouts are versatile so they can be adapted for any level and any equipment.
I started the month with a workout in my local box, it was the first day after lockdown 2.0 in England.
Some of the fit mummy workouts were done in my newly built shed, which I have damp issues with, but it is so much better to work out in a area where you can actually drop the weights.

It is important to keep moving and maintain the habit of performing workouts that you have built or you are building at the moment. Stay healthy doing the best you can.
What a year. No one saw that coming. I thought of doing a recap for the year. It was an unpredictable and very tough one and I couldn’t plan much but a recap is a must. It will be posted a bit later in January but it will be there as I want to keep myself accountable. I would like to see whether I have succeeded or failed.
My blog is still new and fresh. I haven’t been on here as much as I would like to and one thing that I would like to improve in the new year would be to be more present and post at least once a week.
I would like to wish everyone a healthy and Happy New Year and hopefully we would see the end of COVID.
