Carrot, sweetcorn, and tuna salad!

Yummy and easy to make salad that goes with a glass of red wine 🍷.

What you need

  • Carrot
  • Sweetcorn
  • Tuna in vegetable oil (canned)
  • Parsley

This is all you need. Very simple and easy to make.

Steps to follow

  • Grate the carrot (use the fine side of the grater).
  • Add sweetcorn around the carrot (there is a reason for that )
  • Add the tuna on top of the carrots. This way the carrot will absorb the oil.
  • Add some chopped parsley. Add more if you like the taste raw.
  • Mix everything and enjoy it!

Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large carrots (or 3 medium)
  • 150 grams sweetcorn (drained)
  • 100 grams tuna (1 can 145 grams including the vegetable oil)
  • ¼ cup parsley (chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Grate the carrot (use the fine side of the grater).
  • Add sweetcorn around the carrot (there is a reason for that )
  • Add the tuna on top of the carrots. This way the carrot will absorb the oil.
  • Add some chopped parsley. Add more if you like the raw taste. 
  • Add some salt if the tuna is not salty enough. I have used different canned tuna and they are different on salt.
  • Mix everything and enjoy it! 🍷
